In my last month attending Full Sail University, I was asked to lead a team of students to provide photography and social media coverage for an onsite celebration of the premiere of HBO's House of the Dragon. The goal of the project was to increase awareness of the school and it's alumni who had worked on the production of House of the Dragon.

My team was the first of it's kind; a student led team working directly with Full Sail's in house production team to provide coverage and promotion for the event. In preparation for this new project, I created a workflow that my team would follow utilizing Google Drive to funnel content to the Social Media manager for approval and distribution to the appropriate channel managers.

Throughout the event, I directed my team to gather high quality photo and video content of the event, including the speakers, audience, prize winners, and various activities going on around the venue, among other things. Many of our photos and videos were utilized on Full Sail's official social media.

Leadership viewed the team as a massive success, and were excited to open up more opportunities for students to be directly involved in coverage and production of events like this in the future.
